1. Navigate to your Purchase History.
2. Scroll to the desired order and click "View Order Details."
3. On the item you want to return, click the "More options" dropdown menu.
4. Select "Return this item."
5. Select your reason for returning and then click the "Next" button.
6. Click "Submit return" to start the return.

Once the return is started, you can access shipping labels and track its progress through the return details page.

4. Access the return shipping label by selecting the "View shipping label" button.
5. Print the return shipping label.

2. Ship the item back to Aurum

Once the item is shipped, you can track its delivery progress through the return details page. After the item is delivered, a refund will be provided after delivery and inspection.

To start a return, you will need your order confirmation email. We send this email at the time of purchase; it includes all the information about your order.

1. After you have accessed your confirmation email, click the "View order details" button. This will take you to your order details page.
2. Once on the order details page, scroll to the desired item and click the "More actions" dropdown menu.
3. Select "Return this item."
4. Select your reason for returning and then click the "Next" button.
5. Click "Submit return" to start the return. You will be redirected to the return details page.

2. Print the return shipping label.
